What does Mondli Property Solutions do?

We provide steelwork and fabrication, general property maintenance, gate motor systems, HVAC and air conditioning, and fibre optics, alongside subcontracted trades such as electrical, solar and backup power, plumbing, tiling, and painting.

Where are you based?

Our workshop is in Georgetown, Germiston. Get in touch with your location and we'll confirm whether we're able to take on your project.

Do you work on residential and commercial properties?

Yes. Our maintenance plans are built around Residential, Business, and Enterprise needs, and our project work covers both homes and commercial sites.

How do I get a quote?

Send us your project details through our contact form. We'll start with a consultation — either on-site or over a call — to understand what you need before anything is priced.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We follow four steps: Consultation, Evaluation/Detailing (measurements and site assessment), Quotation (a clear, itemized quote), and Service/Delivery, with quality checks and communication throughout.

What's included in a quote?

Every quote is itemized to show materials, labour, and timeline, so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins — no hidden costs.

How is payment handled?

Payment terms are agreed upfront and set out in your quote or project agreement. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss what works for your project.

Yes. Alongside our direct services — property maintenance, gate motors, HVAC, and fibre optics — we coordinate subcontracted trades like electrical, solar and backup power, plumbing, tiling, and painting, so you have one point of contact.

Maintenance Plans

What do the maintenance plans include?

Residential (from R1500/m) covers monthly site visits and minor repairs. Business (from R3000/m) adds scheduled visits, more frequent support, and clear reporting. Enterprise (from R6000/m) adds priority response, wider coverage, and full maintenance coordination.
