These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Mondli Property Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and any person or business ("you", "the client") who requests a quote, engages us for a project, or uses this website. By contacting us for a quote or confirming a project, you agree to these Terms.
We provide steelwork and fabrication, general property maintenance, gate motor systems, HVAC and air conditioning, fibre optics, and related subcontracted services. The exact scope of work for any project is defined in your quote, not by this page — where the two differ, your quote takes precedence.
Quotes are prepared following a consultation and, where necessary, a site evaluation. Each quote is itemized to show materials, labour, and timeline. Quotes are valid for a limited period, stated on the quote itself, after which prices may need to be reconfirmed due to changes in material costs.
Maintenance plan pricing (Residential, Business, and Enterprise tiers) is published on our Services page and starts from the rate shown; final pricing depends on the size and condition of your property.
Payment terms — including any deposit required before work begins, milestone payments for larger projects, and the final payment schedule — are agreed upfront and set out in your quote or project agreement. Work may be paused if agreed payment terms are not met.

Our team follows standard safety practice on every site. We ask that pets, children, and unauthorised persons be kept clear of active work areas for their own safety. Any site-specific safety requirements should be communicated to us before work begins.
Where a warranty applies to workmanship or installed equipment, its scope and duration will be stated in your quote or project documentation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, normal wear, or circumstances outside our control.
Some services — such as electrical work, solar and backup power, plumbing, tiling, and painting — are delivered through trusted subcontractors rather than directly by Mondli Property Solutions. We coordinate this work on your behalf and remain your main point of contact throughout.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project or maintenance visit, please contact us as early as possible. Changes requested once work is underway — such as additional scope or altered specifications — may affect the price and timeline originally quoted, and will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
We take reasonable care in every project we undertake. To the extent permitted by law, Mondli Property Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
This website and its content — including text, images, and branding — belong to Mondli Property Solutions unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to browse and share links to it; please don't copy, republish, or reuse our content, project photos, or branding without asking us first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from them will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we work. The latest version will always appear on this page, and continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
